On Saturday, May 25th, Maria Borisovna Udaltsova is running a workshop at OWL Studio. The topic is "Human Body Mobility in 2D".

Maria Udaltsova is a Senior Lecturer in the Industrial Design Department of the Stroganov Moscow State Academy of Arts and Industry. She is a member of the Moscow Union of Artists, and her experience in teaching spans over 15 years. She teaches art design, sketching, and project graphics in the Industrial Design Department, as well as academic drawing and special graphics on Academy-based courses.

The workshop's main topic is speed drawing technique, body mobility basics and proportions using the example of posing naturally.

In the program:
• Human figure composition on the sheet.
• Schemes and methods for proportional figure building
• Details of mobility and movement in figure drawing
• Basics of human movement anatomy
• Academic technique of working with "soft material" for creating dramatic images.

The workshop begins at 16:00 and ends at 19:00.
